1. GENERAL

These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.latalia.se, Agreement is entered into between you and Latalia AB, organization number 559230-3449 (“LATALIA”). To shop with us, you need to be 18 years old. From the age of 16, you can shop with us if you shop together with or with the approval of a guardian. We reserve the right to any final sale of goods. All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

LATALIA reserves the right to make typographical errors in texts on this website. We do not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. However, we always strive to reproduce as similar a picture of the product as possible. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, LATALIA will of course notify you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before LATALIA continues with the order.

2. AGREEMENT AND ORDER

In order to make a purchase via the Site, you must accept the Terms. 3. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

When ordering via the Site, the prices stated on the Site apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.

LATALIA has the right to charge already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method is chosen by you and approved by LATALIA. In the event of invoice payment or partial payment, LATALIA or its partners may make a credit report. In such a case, you will be informed of this. LATALIA reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change payment methods if the one you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase. Please note that any restrictions on payment options are listed on the Site.

4. CAMPAIGNS AND OFFERS

LATALIA may from time to time offer promotions on the Site which may have more favorable terms than those stated in these Terms, e.g. concerning payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific goods specified by LATALIA in connection with the promotion. LATALIA reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the Site are valid for a limited time and as long as stock lasts.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Site. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (eg in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock), delivery takes place no later than 30 working days from the time LATALIA has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. The expected delivery time of the product is stated on the order confirmation, at checkout and / or on the product in question. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this does not depend on you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

If packages are to be redeemed, you must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. You will always receive a notification showing where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can be made via e-mail, regular mail and if you have provided a mobile number, also via telephone call or SMS. If you do not pick up the package, LATALIA has the right to charge you a fee of SEK 250

5.4
LATALIA is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Complaints about transport damage must be made within a reasonable time. When you pick up your package, it is therefore important to check that this is not damaged during transport. LATALIA recommends that you report any transport damage directly on site to the delivery agent and then contact LATALIA's customer service. Remember to keep all packaging and product packaging in the event of a transport damage. Should you not notice any damage to the package before you get home, you should before opening the package take a photo of the damage to the package and contact LATALIA's customer service directly.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1
When purchasing goods on the Site, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying LATALIA within 14 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

goods that have been manufactured according to your instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch;

(b)
goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (eg underwear, cosmetics, swimwear, hair dryers and similar products, shavers and electric toothbrushes); or

(c)
audio or video recordings (such as a CD) or broken computer software

6.3
In connection with an order for an item for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, you must not break the seal if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to repent thus ceases when you break the seal.

6.4
If you want to cancel the purchase, you must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to LATALIA to support@latalia.se. You must enter your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number and name of the item in the message.

6.5
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to LATALIA. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in original box. Returns must be made to LATALIA according to the methods.

6.6
Sometimes LATALIA can offer free returns for certain items. If free return applies, it will be stated on the current product site on the site.

6.7
When you cancel your purchase, LATALIA will refund the amount you paid for the item, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of you choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery that LATALIA offers. When returning part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded. On the amount to be repaid, LATALIA has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties. or function.

LATALIA will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date LATALIA received your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you have chosen, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such a refund.

7.WARRANTY AND COMPLAINT

Some of LATALIA's products may be covered by warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty terms for each item can be found on the Site or in these Terms. Warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a personal change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty.

7.2
The right of complaint covers goods that are defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Customers who wish to make a valid error in the ordered product must contact LATALIA as soon as possible after the error has been discovered via the contact information stated on the Site. Complaints made within two months of you discovering the error are always considered to have been submitted on time. You have a 3-year right to make a complaint about goods purchased on the Site.

LATALIA is responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

When the complained product has been returned and the complaint approved, LATALIA will compensate you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. LATALIA strives for this to take place within 30 days of LATALIA receiving the complaint, but this may take longer depending on the nature of the product. 8.LINKS

LATALIA may link to other sites beyond LATALIA's control, and sites outside LATALIA's control may link to the Site. Although LATALIA seeks to ensure that LATALIA only links to websites that share LATALIA's privacy and security regulations in accordance with the Privacy Policy, LATALIA is not responsible for the protection or confidentiality of information or personal data that you provide on other websites. 9.FORCE MAJEURE

LATALIA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that LATALIA could not control such as general labor dispute, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed government regulation, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / data connections or other communication and faults. or delay in services from a subcontractor due to circumstances stated here. 10.CHANGES TO THE TERMS

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE

If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with LATALIA's customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (the General Complaints Board), which you can find more information about at www. arn.se . If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without involving a court.

In the event of a dispute, LATALIA follows a decision from ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
