At Latalia , we are committed to responsible business practices that respect human rights, labor rights, and the environment. Our Code of Conduct applies to our company and to all our suppliers and partners.

Human Rights & Labor Standards

We commit to upholding internationally recognized human rights in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the ILO Core Conventions .

  • No child labor or forced labor

  • Fair wages and legal working hours

  • Safe and respectful working environments

  • Equal treatment and non-discrimination

  • Freedom of association and collective bargaining

Environmental Responsibility

  • All leather comes from LWG-certified Italian tanneries that comply with EU REACH regulation.

  • Hazardous substances are strictly prohibited, including Chromium VI, azo dyes, lead, cadmium, phthalates , and other restricted chemicals.

  • We aim to continuously reduce our environmental impact through on-demand production, responsible logistics, and sustainable packaging.

Due Diligence

  • We carefully select and maintain close relationships with our Italian suppliers.

  • We personally visit our partner workshops multiple times per year.

  • We commit to addressing any adverse human rights or environmental impacts if they arise.

Transparency & Continuous Improvement

  • We openly share our commitments with customers and partners.

  • We are working to expand our climate targets, including 100% paper-based packaging by 2026 .

  • We are committed to long-term improvements in sustainability and social responsibility.
