We are not satisfied until you as a customer are satisfied. Therefore, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you wish to return an item - click here. So we provide a pre-paid return slip via email to print for which you will be charged 69s. If you want to return jewelry (please note that earrings cannot be returned in case of broken packaging), then return shipping costs 29 sek We ask that you return the item to us in good condition with all labels attached.

The agent can print the shipping label if you state the shipment number when submitting in case you don't have a printer. Elle you can get it in your mailbox.

You can expect that it can take up to two weeks from the time you send your return, until our warehouse receives and registers your return. If you have paid by card, it can take between 3-5 banking days until the money is available on the card again.

If you have paid by card, the money for the return is put back on the card. If you pay by invoice, you adjust the amount for the return yourself on the invoice that was sent via email. You only pay for the goods you keep and return postage 69 sek (29 sek).
